Grief Education

When it comes to grief, we all deal with it differently and in our own terms. Most people, however, go through the grieving process silently. There are an array of emotions that people experience as they recover from the loss of a loved one and knowing how to recognize them and respond to them is essential for the healing process. Led by a psychology expert, this workshops explains what these processes are and provides coping mechanisms for dealing with death. Upon completion, participants will acquire knowledge on:
